1. The swimming lessons will take place at 6 CALDERWOOD STREET, THE
STEWARDS, BENONI and the duration of the lesson is 30/60 minutes.
2. The Registration form must be completed online with iSwim together with an annual
non-refundable administration fee of R250.00 per swimmer/child. You will be redirected to the payment page after filling out our enrollment form.

4. There are no lessons on public holidays, 1 week over Easter and 2 weeks over
December/January. During December/January and April the full monthly fees are
payable in order to cover the normal swimming school expenses .In December,
January and all other school holidays, the full month’s swimming fees are still to be
paid even if you/your children are not attending lessons. Fees are not payable for the
winter months of June and July. The swimming dates for closure of holidays are
determined by management. Annual fee adjustments or increases are effective from
August each year.
5. Swimming Fees are paid monthly in advance before the 3rd of each month in cash
or EFT. Late payment will result in your child missing the lesson until payment has
been made. Parents are asked to pay the correct amount. Any excess paid will be
credited to the following month’s account. Saajida Dhalar, at her discretion can elect
to cancel this Agreement in the event the fees are not paid on the due date and the
child’s place may then be given to another child on the waiting list. Under no
circumstances will the fees be refunded nor are they transferable.
6. The Parent/Guardian undertakes to give iSwim one calendar months’ notice in
writing of any intention to remove the child from the swim school. Notice may only
be given on the first day of the month or the last day of a month. Failure to comply
with this requirement will result in liability for payment of two months’ notice and
will be referred to a lawyer.
7. Should the child not attend swimming lessons due to inclement weather (Lightning),
ill health or vacation or for any other reasons the full fee is still payable, and lessons
are forfeited. For safety reasons the instructor reserves the right to cancel classes in
the event of lightning. Lessons take place if the weather permits. Should you not be
able to attend a lesson, a WhatsApp notification is compulsory – 084 978 6772
8. There will be no makeup lessons for weddings, birthday parties or holidays.
a. Make-up lessons will be done if the child is sick and can present a doctor’s
note. There will be 2 time slots given and if the child cannot attend for the
makeup lesson it will be forfeited. The Swim School is unfortunately unable
to keep accommodating make-up lessons on a weekly basis.
b. Make-up lessons will not be done for lightning and public holidays.
c. Make up lessons will not be done for closure in December, January and April.
The Swim School charges for a Four (4) week month, should you have a 5
week month, the lesson will be done in place of December, January and April.
9. It is compulsory to wear proper swimming attire for each swimming lesson.
Swimming caps are compulsory. No exceptions will be made.
a. Goggles are only to be worn at the instructor’s discretion
10. No swimmer, regardless of swimming ability is allowed to enter the pool facility
without an instructor
a. No eating and drinking in and around the pool area including the change
rooms
11. Swimming lessons are conducted in full view of the Parent/Guardian, who are asked
to sit outside the enclosure so as to keep noise to a level at which effective teaching
and learning can take place. No pictures are allowed as other parent’s children will
be in the same class otherwise permission will be necessary.
12. The Parent/Guardian shall be liable for all damages losses or injury caused by the
child and including anyone accompanying the child to any property or person and
further indemnifies and holds harmless, the Swim School, the instructors, her
employees, agents, representatives, the owner or the like for any damages, losses or
injury or action for which they may be held responsible as a result of the actions of
the child anyone accompanying the child.
13. I hold harmless and indemnify Saajida Dhalar, the swim school and instructors
against any incidents, diseases, COVID-19, loss, damages, death, injury or trauma
that may arise.
14. In order to give due consideration to the neighbours, motor vehicles may only be
parked in the designated area. Please refrain from parking in front of the neighbour’s
gates. The guardians are asked to respect that the Swim School is situated in a
residential area and are asked to kindly keep the children quiet and under control
whilst in the parking area. Lessons are conducted in full view of the Guardian of the
child/ren who is asked to sit outside the enclosure as to keep noise to a level at
which effective teaching and learning can take place. Please take note of the
driveway lights when entering. No child should be mishandling it. No child should be
playing on the owner’s property.
15. I acknowledged that all information given is true, accurate and I voluntarily signed
this document on my own and/or on the behalf of my child.
Payments can either be done in cash or by bank transfer as follows:

Box in the pool entrance (PLEASE USE YOUR CHILD/THE SWIMMER’S NAME AS
